  As people’s lifestyle is becoming more  and more unhealthy, keeping fit is playing an important role in people’s daily life. Therefore people may wonder whether playing a team sport is the best way to get fit.

   Exercising with other people is undeniably the best way. For instance, playing basketball is competitive and cooperative. However, if they didn’t have any teammates or competitors, they would feel discouraged. Whereas, when they have teammates and competitors, they will cheer them up and keep them

passionate. So, people find it cheerful to cooperate.

   Not only exercising with other people is a factor, but how convenient it is affects as well. The convenience of team sports depends on what sport they choose. For example, if they choose table-tennis, it will take up a little room. While if they select football, it will apparently be much more complicated. Therefore, the convenience is unsure.

   In addition, the width of space of time will also affect. As they exercise on their own, the time will obviously rely on their self-controlling. Nevertheless, if they exercise with others, such as playing soccer, the rules will force them to exercise and will enhance their persistence . This will do good to them.

    In conclusion, I think playing team sports is undoubtably the best way to get fit, despite it may not be so convenient as it requires a great deal of room in some situations.
